PBLeiner

  • Automation Solugel 4KThe programming and start-up of the Solugel 4K gelatin batch plant was carried out. It has Modicon M580 hardware with 4 backplanes, Ethernet communication with Modicon M340 PLCs, 2 15” Magelis HMIs, control of more than 500 devices. Among them, ON-OFF valves, pneumatic proportional valves, motors, tank levels, sensing of temperature, humidity, PH, flow, Level, PID controls, etc. 
  • Automation Solugel 6K: The programming was carried out and the start-up of the new Solugel 6k plant continues. The same equipment is similar to 4K but larger and with online operation.

PB Leiner

  • DAF type effluent treatment system: Two DAF machines were put into operation and the layout of the automatic process had to be readjusted so that they now work through these DAFs. Communications were carried out with PLC M241 of each DAF, these with a Master PLC M340 and in turn this communicated with the other PLCs of the effluent process. Programming, plant start-up and then remote improvements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ferioli Eco

Automatic compactor machine: The complete automation of the machine was designed and programmed. For this, the electrical and electronic engineering of the compacting machine was carried out.  We worked with S7-1200 PLC and 15” touch HMI. These programmings were carried out, the electrical wiring of the machine was designed and carried out. It has 2 hydraulic power plants and is compact with 2 hydraulic cylinders at a maximum pressure of 200Bar. The MSW loading cycle and compactions are fully automatic and parameterizable from the HMI. The different machines were also commissioned in the plants of: Marcos Paz, San Vicente, Lobos, La Boulaye, Pirane.  y San Martin de los Andes. 

LEA Electricidad Industrial

  • Indio Solo Acopium: The addition of 1 storage silo was carried out. To do this, the automation of the aspirations, the rotary valves, the loading and unloading redler and adding all the possibilities of loading and unloading paths to this new Silo had to be programmed in both the Premium PLC and the Wonderware SCADA.
  • Cargill Uruguay Fertilizer Plant: All the equipment that makes up the plant was programmed. They are Redlers, Norias, implementation of thermometry control in silos and Noria communicated to PLC by Modbus and visible and controlled by Magelis HMI.
  • Booster system for vineyard irrigation: Two 30HP variable speed drives were programmed with a pressure control loop to be able to pressurize a pipe when a hydrant opens and automatically turn off when it closes. Selection of different pressure levels by board and manual mode. All this was programmed within each drive.

Indio Solo SRL

  • Distributor: The repair was carried out, new cable weaving and placement of inductive positioning sensors for the 5 grain distributors in the collection. Likewise, these distributors have a binary coding, which through combinations of the sensors determines the current position of the distributor (chosen path). In addition, programming was carried out in the PLC, which allows the activation of a motor to move the distributors and select a desired position.

Waterleau

  • Effluent treatment plant in PB Leiner Santa Fe: The PLC and SCADA programming of the effluent treatment plant used in the process of the PB Leiner company was carried out, which was a project of great magnitude and scope that will allow the company to increase its production considerably.

Trainings

  • Courses for maintenance personnel: Level I and II automation courses were given for electricians on duty, training them in connection to Schneider brand PLCs and HMIs for fault finding, logic modification and basic rules for programming.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Unilever

  • Reassembly of pneumatic panels: The assembly and installation of pneumatic panels was carried out at the Unilever plant in Villa Gobernador Galvez

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PB Leiner

  • Automation support for maintenance: We worked during the electrical shift schedule, providing remote support, with access to the plant network, of all the problems that arose during the shift, in the automated processes (which are 90% of the plant), guiding the electrical personnel in search of solutions. the different faults in the field. In addition, migrations of obsolete PLCs, modifications and additions to the different PLCs/HMIs of the plant were carried out.

Grupo Falmet

  • Plant Engineering Water Treatment Terminal 6: The development of engineering, planimetry, calculation of sensors for the process wastewater treatment plant in Terminal 6 Timbues plant was carried out.
